The European delegation of MMMI or Make Mothers Matter represents the MMMI to European institutions.  It has the mission of voicing European mothers’ concerns to European policy makers.  It considers Europe’s mothers as significant actors and decision makers in the essential processes determining the sustainability of any future envisioned for Europe.

The “Mouvement Mondial des Mères” (MMMI) or “Make Mothers Matter” was created in 1947. The MMMI raises awareness of society, policy makers and public opinion on the vital role of mothers for promoting peace and on their contribution to social and economic progress. MMMI is an international, apolitical and non-denominational NGO. It benefits of a general consultative status  at the United Nations.

MMMI affiliates associations in more than 30 countries and represents more than 6 million women.
